THE #SAFETYIS EXHIBITION
BLACCENT presents the #SafetyIs Exhibition featuring a collection of visual arts from Central Texas finest creators. This temporary exhibit merges art with activism, as community members offer their artistic perspective on current events and its evolving structures. As Election Day approaches, it is our mission to bring forth awareness and encourage our community to vote.
From October 15th to November 4th of 2022, visitors can view the exhibit for FREE at Art Center Waco (during gallery hours). Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. The center is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
